Yes! You will receive an email to let you know that we have received
and are preparing your order for shipment. As soon as your package leaves
our building you will receive another email with a tracking number to allow
you to track your organic, natural, ethnic and specialty foods as they make
their way to your doorstep.
How long will it take to process my order
before it is shipped?
We make every effort to ship your order within one business day,
many times orders received in the morning are shipped out the same day we
receive them.
How long will it take for my package to
arrive once it has left your warehouse?
If you have selected Standard Ground Shipping please use this chart
for the approximate time in transit from our warehouse in Massachusetts.

Return Policy
A problem with your order?
In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the
product received was defective or damaged please contact our Customer
Service Department immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to

How do I return a package?
If you need to return your merchandise, please contact us within 10 days
of receipt by calling 1-866-646-4266 or by emailing
CustomerCare@BlueMarbleBrandsShop.com. Our customer service department
will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how
to ship your merchandise back to us for a prompt refund.
We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all of our products in new and unused
condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If
your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new,
unused condition to receive a full refund). For your protection, please ship
the item, along with a copy of the packing slip, by a method that is insured
and traceable, to the following address.
